STILLS // Emilio Nares Foundation

I had the honor of helping the Emilio Nares Foundation a few weeks back. We met up at Rady's Children's Hospital to take some shots of a new t-shirt that ENF has created, which enables young cancer patients to receive their medication without the inconvenience of removing their shirts. The t-shirt allows the nurses to access the young patient's port by simply unsnapping the upper left side of the shirt and connecting the port. It's a fast and easy way to handle the processing without making the patient feel uncomfortable.

They are receiving donations which will allow them to provide patients with these t-shirts and they are hopeful that they can raise enought to get this geniusly designed t-shirt to all patients. This shoot consisted of me shooting their model and patient in two differently sponored t-shirts of both the San Francisco Giants and the San Diego Padres. They will be using the shots for collateral related to promoting and gaining more sponsorship.

The little model I worked with was awesome and was a natural in front of the camera. She was such a positive force in the room and not shy in any way. I was informed that her health is improving and I could see that. We wish her and her family all the best.

This was a great way to give back and I feel blessed to help them. ENF helps families in Orange County, San Diego, and the Imperial Valley with both counseling and transportation to and from their doctor's appointments. Please follow the link and help support in any way you can.

HUGE THANK YOU to Richard Nares, Heidi Cramer, and the whole ENF Team.
